Objectives:
- Organize the flow of sales information into a process
that increases productivity.

the administration function of all customer and prospect
responses (e-mail, direct mail, telemarketing) to
maximize sales staff productivity.

that monitor the prospecting and sales processes and measures the Return on

Strategies:
- Review current Marketing Strategies for each client,
based on the company's goals and objectives. Use the
plan to implement database management techniques that
can be managed by the client's current staff.
- Implement an automated system that manages the sales
administration process of generating leads and converting
them into sales.
- Set-up administration process:
- 800 inbound - develop script guidelines for telephone presentations.
- Determine which company information should be sent out.
- Follow-up reports generated daily.
- Set up weekly/monthly Management Reports an administrative
person can generate (user friendly)
